Job Description: • Serve as a liaison between the Product Owner and the product team to help embrace agile values • Apply agile practices and drive delivery results by monitoring progress • Eliminate impediments and seek opportunities for continued improvements • Requires a strong understanding of agile principles and best practices • Must be adept at refinement, story splitting, estimation, velocity, retrospection, resource allocation, capacity planning and other Scrum techniques • Proficient with Agile metrics to help the team set benchmarks, measure against goals, and evaluate performance • Establish baselines and improve performance in the areas of quality, predictability, flow, and velocity • Prepare the Quarterly Metrics for Leadership • Maintain and update the Program and Team Dashboards • Provide applicable insights and thoughts to leadership based on ongoing metric results • Facilitate Team Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Backlog Refinement, Daily Stand Ups, Sprint Reviews, and Sprint Retrospectives • Ensure all PBI's, Features, Epics, Themes, Bugs and Risks are aligned with NFCU's ADO standardization • Lead and contribute to the Program Increment Planning ceremonies • Identify and resolve impediments for the current PI • Serve as the team's representative within the ART for the Scrum of Scrums meetings • Drive to continuously improve communication and collaboration within the product team and with other delivery teams and stakeholders • Maintain the ADO Data Integrity Dashboard by identifying and rectifying any issues • Work closely with PO and PPM to manage the sprint backlog Requirements: • Strong knowledge of Scrum and Agile methodologies • Excellent facilitation and conflict resolution skills • Experience with Scrum tools and techniques • Experience with budgeting and accounting operations • Experience in process improvement activities Benefits: Apply tot his job
