Scrum Master - Denver, CO (REMOTE) Duration: 12 months Seeking for a Scrum Master to oversee and implement scrum processes across our organization. You will play a key role in coaching team members, leading scrum events, and removing barriers to ensure successful project execution. Key Responsibilities: • Coordinate and facilitate all scrum events throughout the project lifecycle. • Lead daily scrum meetings and maintain the burndown chart. • Protect the team from interruptions and remove obstacles. • Collaborate with the Product Owner on technical user stories. • Encourage teamwork between the scrum team and Product Owner. Must-Have Skills: • Experience in backlog tracking, burndown charts, and product metrics. • Ability to forecast scrum deliverables and improve team efficiency. • Strong negotiation skills with the Product Owner. • Proficiency in agile methodology and scrum team coaching. • Experience with tools like Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, and Google.
