Responsibilities • Help to develop novel RNA based therapies • Utilize cell based assays such as flow cytometry • Perform complex procedures with mouse models • Generate and communicate in vitro and in vivo data to support the development of novel RNA-based therapies • Explore strategies for targeted delivery Requirements • PhD degree in related field with academic or industrial lab experience • Or Master's degree and 2+ years of laboratory-based research experience in academic or industrial labs • Or Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of laboratory-based research experience Nice-to-haves • PhD degree in Cell Biology, Molecular Biology, Immunology, Biochemistry, or related field • In vivo work experience with mice: handling, dosing (IV, IP, SC), blood collection, necropsy and tissue collection and processing for downstream applications • Demonstrated hands on experience in flow cytometry • Design and optimization of antibody panels for multiparametric analysis • Experience with tissue digestion and processing for flow staining is a plus (spleen, lung, liver, etc) • Hands-on experience with mammalian tissue culture and cell-based assays • Previous experience with immune cells and primary cultures is a plus • Experience with fluorescent microscopy and immunostaining is desired • Organizational and notebook/record keeping skills • Computer literacy, e.g., GraphPad Prism, FlowJo, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc • Proactive, enthusiastic, show a desire to learn and be a part of a growing, highly productive cross-functional team • Excellent organizational and communication skills, along with the ability to work in a flexible team-oriented environment Benefits • A comprehensive employee benefits package, including a Retirement and Savings Plan with generous company contributions • Group medical, dental and vision coverage • Life and disability insurance • Flexible spending accounts • A discretionary annual bonus program, or for field sales representatives, a sales-based incentive plan • Stock-based long-term incentives • Award-winning time-off plans • Flexible work models, including remote and hybrid work arrangements, where possible Apply tot his job
