Develop and validate diagnostic assays for Pfizer's portfolio of therapeutics.
Utilize scientific research skills to improve and innovate diagnostics processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient and accurate development of diagnostic assays.
Stay updated with industry advancements and incorporate new technologies into diagnostic processes.
Perform data analysis and interpret results to inform decision making.
Communicate findings, progress, and challenges to team members and management.
Adhere to all regulatory and compliance requirements in the development and validation of diagnostic assays.
Participate in the planning and execution of clinical trials and studies.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of experiments, results, and procedures.
Contribute to the overall success of Pfizer's clinical diagnostics team and its mission to improve patient lives.
