Scientific Manuscript Writer, MD
Job Description: • Participate in a kickoff call and independently manage manuscript development thereafter • Draft manuscripts and abstracts using appropriate scientific language and publication standards • Accurately interpret and summarize large volumes of clinical and real-world data • Develop clear results and discussion sections based on strength of statistical results • Collaborate with internal teams and external experts (KOLs) • Ensure alignment with publication strategy and scientific share of voice goals Requirements: • MD or PhD in a biological science or medical field (required) • Strong understanding of biological mechanisms and how they might manifest clinically • Prior experience writing scientific peer-reviewed manuscripts for industry • Ability to understand the full scope and intent of a scientific paper • Familiarity with real-world evidence and its application in publications • Experience engaging with multiple KOLs across a therapeutic area • Proven ability to work independently from concept to delivery.
