Minimum 1+ years speech therapy experience required.
Virtual Speech-Language Pathologist in Arizona
Mentor students to communication success as a virtual school-based SLP. Provide individualized therapy and support to a diverse caseload. Collaborate with teachers and parents to foster a positive learning environment. Use technology to deliver engaging and effective interventions. Track student progress and celebrate achievements. Responsibilities:
Conduct virtual speech and language assessments and evaluations
Develop and implement personalized therapy plans for students
Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other professionals to provide the best care possible
Keep detailed records of student progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
Provide guidance and support to families and caregivers
Qualifications:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Current Arizona SLP license
Minimum of 2 years of experience working with students with communication disorders
Experience providing virtual therapy services is a plus
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Fast/reliable computer & internet connection
No Chromebooks/tablets permitted
Highlights:
1099 Position
Guaranteed Weekly Hours
Hourly rate consistent across direct/indirect hours (dependent on contractor experience/district budget)
School hours
Clinical/Technical Team on standby

Work closely with educators to identify and address communication challenges. Use creative online tools to keep students engaged and motivated. Document progress and adjust strategies as needed.
