School Nurse (RN) Hoquiam, WA
Blazer Jobs is partnering with a school district in Hoquiam, Washington to hire a full-time Registered Nurse (RN) for the 2025–2026 school year. This is a school-based position that will begin on August 18, 2025, and continue through June 16, 2026.
This position is scheduled for 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, and will involve working closely with students, families, and staff to support student health and safety in the school setting.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide daily health support, first aid, and medication administration
• Collaborate with school teams to develop and implement individualized healthcare plans
• Monitor and manage student health needs, chronic conditions, and emergency protocols
• Maintain accurate health records and ensure compliance with state and district guidelines
• Communicate with parents/guardians and healthcare providers as needed
Qualifications:
• Active Washington RN license required
• Previous school-based or pediatric experience preferred
• Strong communication, organization, and clinical judgment skills
