We are seeking a skilled and committed school Social Nurse to hire for the 2024-2025 school year at our partner school district near Hartford, CT. The ideal candidate will have the opportunity to work in a supportive atmosphere helping students reach their potential.
Requirements:
Must have active LPN License/certification in CT
Active BLS/CPR Certification
At least 1 year(s) of experience as an LPN
Position Details:
Full-Time, 37.5 hours per week
Part-time schedule available
Caseload: K-12th Grade
Duties: 1:1 with student with trach need or medically fragile student
Dates: September 2024 - October 2024
