Role & Responsibilities
• Conduct virtual assessments, speech/language therapy, and IEP development for Pre'K to 12th grade students
• Deliver engaging, compliant sessions via teletherapy platforms
• Collaborate with families, school staff, and administrators to track progress
• Maintain detailed session documentation and adhere to state/federal regulations
Requirements
• Master’s degree in Speech'Language Pathology
• Valid SLP license in Oklahoma
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC'SLP)
• Minimum 2 years school-based experience preferred
• Reliable high-speed internet and tech-savvy; comfortable with teletherapy platforms
Compensation & Benefits
• Weekly pay via 1099
• Flexible scheduling during school hours
• Clinical and technical support included
Typical Interview Process
• Screening call with recruiter (~10–15 mins)
• Virtual interview with district team (~20–30 mins)
• Offer usually extended within 24–48 hours after interview
