We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join a supportive school team in San Francisco, CA. This position offers the opportunity to provide essential care and support to students in an educational setting, promoting a healthy and safe learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide daily nursing care and support to students
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Support students with chronic conditions or health plans
• Respond to medical emergencies and document care provided
• Maintain student health records and ensure confidentiality
• Collaborate with school staff, families, and health professionals
Requirements:
• Active California LVN license
• Current CPR/First Aid certification
• Experience with pediatric or school-based care is a plus
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Job Details:
• Start Date: August 2024
• Schedule: Monday through Friday, school hours
• Pay: Competitive hourly rate (based on experience)
