Responsibilities As a Scheduling Lead, Medical Group, you will be responsible for: Strategic Scheduling : Analyze schedules and collaborate with local market schedulers to develop optimized schedules that maximize resource utilization and meet contact hour goals Proactive Census Management : Implement proactive strategies to identify and mitigate potential gaps in patient appointments, ensuring a balanced provider census Technology Champion : Partner with local leadership to leverage the full potential of our scheduling system and identify opportunities for automation and improvement Patient Advocate : Develop scripting to enable local market schedulers to build rapport with patients and families, effectively communicating services, appointment details, and follow-up instructions Communication Hub : Centrally manage clear and timely communication of updates, strategies, and scheduling tools for the local market scheduling teams Mentor : Monitor scheduler competencies and partner with local leadership to implement refresher training as needed.
