About the position
Responsibilities
• Manage a team of skilled interpreters, maintaining their schedules and ensuring readiness for assignments.
• Efficiently assign interpreters to appointments based on expertise, location, and availability.
• Liaise with clients to understand their language service needs and ensure a smooth interpretation process.
• Tackle logistical challenges, adapting to last-minute changes and ensuring all parties are informed.
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify areas for process optimization.
Requirements
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities to interact effectively with interpreters and clients.
• Adaptability and composure under pressure, maintaining professionalism in all situations.
• A passion for languages and cross-cultural understanding.
