Schedule Coordinator - Home Health Care (Londonderry, NH)
Pay: $26 - $30hr (depending on experience)

This is an immediate opportunity for a candidate with 1-2+ years of direct experience scheduling caregivers such as HHAs, LNAs, or CNAs within a home care or home health agency setting.

Position Overview
As the Schedule Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations by coordinating caregiver schedules, supporting clients and families, and helping maintain service delivery at the highest standard. This is a fast-paced, communication-heavy role ideal for someone who thrives on solving problems, managing logistics, and making a meaningful difference.
Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate daily and weekly schedules for home health aides (HHAs), licensed nursing assistants (LNAs), and caregivers
• Maintain up-to-date records in scheduling systems and software platforms
• Handle incoming calls from clients, caregivers, and clinical team members regarding coverage and availability
• Proactively resolve call-outs, gaps, and last-minute changes while maintaining continuity of care
• Communicate assignments and schedule changes clearly and promptly to field staff
• Collaborate with branch leadership and clinical supervisors to ensure staffing meets client needs
• Provide backup support for other administrative functions as needed
Required Qualifications - Must Meet These to Be Considered
• Minimum 1-2 years of recent scheduling experience in a home care or home health agency setting
• Experience scheduling HHAs, LNAs, CNAs, or similar caregivers
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Computer literacy with scheduling software, EMRs, and Microsoft Office
• Ability to remain calm, efficient, and solution-oriented under pressure
Preferred/Bonus Experience
• Previous experience as a Lead Scheduler or in a supervisory capacity
• Familiarity with EVV systems and caregiver compliance tracking
• Bilingual (Spanish/French Creole) is a plus
