Scheduler (Remote)
About the Role Location: Remote – Michigan residents Are you a strong communicator, comfortable over the phone and using email? Work Monday-Friday from the comfort of your home as a remote RVM Scheduler (standard shift: 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. Eastern time). You'll use your customer care skills to handle inbound and outbound documentation and communications as part of our reacquired vehicle management (RVM) team. What You'll Do • Understand project operations and workflow processes to effectively manage scheduling tasks • Handle inbound and outbound communications via phone and email, serving as the primary point of contact for inquiries on all cases needing to be scheduled • Ensure accuracy and timeliness by communicating with relevant parties to complete scheduling tasks within specified timeframes • Coordinate all aspects of scheduling between multiple parties, including dealerships, customers, attorneys and agents • Document all interactions clearly within the RVM system to maintain accurate records • Escalate cases requiring additional oversight or assistance to management • Maintain regular and dependable attendance to support team success • Offer timely and accurate solutions through inbound and outbound conversations (including phone calls, chats, emails and other communications as needed) while keeping a positive and upbeat attitude Questions Before You Apply?
