Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and engaging SAT/SSAT/ACT/TOEFL Prep Instructor to join our student preparation program. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to motivate and inspire students to achieve their highest potential scores. Key Responsibilities Teach students in small groups or 1:1 settings, focusing on standardized tests such as SAT, SSAT, ACT, and TOEFL. Create, update, and adapt learning materials to cater to diverse student needs. Design lessons that allow students to practice test assessments, with a focus on pace and differentiation. Provide in-depth knowledge of standardized assessments, including test dates, times, and aptitude pedagogy. Issue practice problems and assessments during instruction, ensuring student work is engaging and relevant. Build relationships with students from diverse backgrounds, understanding their motivations and goals. Conduct consultations, reviewing student practice assessments and providing individualized feedback. Recognize student strengths and weaknesses, helping them achieve optimum performance. Essential Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field from a regionally accredited college or university. Experience with proctoring standardized assessments or instruction in mathematics or English. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work in an international and multicultural environment. Preferred Qualifications Master's degree in Education or a related field. Experience with test preparation and instruction. Familiarity with online learning platforms and tools. Skills and Competencies Strong knowledge of standardized assessments and test strategies. Ability to create engaging and relevant learning materials. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Flexibility and adaptability in teaching styles and approaches.
