Must have 6 years of experience of leading Testing teams • 2. Must have testing experience with SAP, Salesforce, or other similar SaaS tools • 3. Must have experience building out an automated testing strategy • 4. Experience with an automated testing tool like UFT One, Selenium, Tosca, or Katalon (implementing UFT one soon) • 5. Experience leading teams of 3-5 • 6. Ability to work cross-functionally communicate up and down within IT and Finance orgs. • Description: • Our client is looking to bring on a QA Lead for a 6-month contract to hire. • Our client does not currently have a formal testing team in place, so this person will ultimately be responsible for building out this team and overall automated testing strategy. This role will impact the delivery quality of multiple large Information Technology initiatives. • The Quality Assurance Manager must be able to work cross-functionally, communicate up and down within the Information Technology and Finance organizations, manage testing schedules, create test plans, cultivate precise test scripts, and coordinate execution of SIT and UAT efforts. • Currently they are utilizing their Project Managers and Developers to complete Testing tasks. • They are currently experiencing 7 failures per 35 test scripts and need to remedy this while building out an org wide strategy.
