SAP SuccessFactors EC Time Off Consultant Mid to Senior (Mauritius)
Job Brief
We are looking for an SAP SuccessFactors EC Time Off Consultant to support implementations and provide ongoing support for our clients. This is a permanent role which is largely remote.
ResponsibilitiesDelivering full-cycle implementations of SuccessFactors Employee Central Time Off, including hands-on experience with Employee Records, Time and Attendance, and Position Management.Ensuring the system adheres to local labour laws, tax regulations, and other statutory requirements related to time off and attendance.Integrating the Time Off module with other HR and financial systems to ensure smooth data flow and accuracy, particularly regarding payroll and benefits.Design, implement and support solutions for complex business processesAssisting with system testing, troubleshooting, and providing post-implementation support to optimize system performance.Conduct requirements and design sessions with clients to identify current process and future state needsDocument requirements and configuration decisions in the configuration workbook and work directly with the client to obtain sign-off of the final document.Configure application to meet client needs while providing best-practice guidance on processesUse standard tools to execute data migration activities including data loads and validationManage the relationship with the client throughout the implementation/support processTrain end-users on specific processes and applicationsProvide post-implementation support services including incident management, release management, and enhancement requestsWork with team members to facilitate successful integration between modulesTransfer knowledge to the client for on-going maintenance & supportKeep abreast of upcoming SAP releases and featuresMaintain certifications in your respective area(s) of expertise
RequirementsA relevant degree/diploma in HR/ITAssociate or Professional level certification in the following SAP SuccessFactors modules:SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central CoreSAP SuccessFactors Time offCertified in other SuccessFactors modules will be a bonus3+ years of relevant consulting or industry experience3+ years of experience configuring, implementing, and supporting Employee Central Core and Employee Central Time Off in a lead role.Strong understanding of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, including Time Off, Time Tracking, and Employee Central Payroll.Hands-on experience with core functional areas such as Employee Records, Time and Attendance, and Position Management.Detailed and results oriented individual who takes initiative to solve problems and overcome roadblocks in a timely mannerKnowledgeable in current HR policies, practices, and ability to anticipate future trends affecting the business from a systems and process perspectiveAbility to elicit and document business requirementsAbility to communicate with team members and clients clearly, concisely, and confidently, both verbal and writtenAbility to work on multiple initiatives simultaneouslyAbility to work both independently and within a team environmentAbility and desire to share knowledge with clients and mentor fellow consultants on the teamAbility to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving, fast-paced environmentMust be a South African or Mauritian citizen
