SAP SuccessFactors Data Migration Consultant
• Job Description: Senior SAP SuccessFactors Data Migration Consultant • Company: Wipro Canada/USA • Location: USA • Location: Remote (USA) 30%+ Travel may be required (Client Discretion & Expenses Reimbursed). • Engagement : This will be a gig style project. • For Example: 200 hours work or 300 hours work in 2 to3 months. • Summary: • We are seeking a results-driven Senior Data Migration Consultant with 8+ years of experience to lead the migration of data into SAP SuccessFactors. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in the Recruiting Management (RCM), Onboarding (ONB), and RMK modules, ensuring a seamless and accurate transition from legacy systems. • Key Responsibilities: • Lead end-to-end data migration for SAP SuccessFactors, focusing on RCM, ONB, and RMK. • Develop and execute data migration strategies using SAP Data Migration Manager and ETL processes. • Analyze, map, cleanse, and validate data from legacy HRIS and ATS systems. • Conduct mock migration cycles, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and cutover planning. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure project success and provide post-go-live support. • Ensure data integrity, quality, and compliance with data privacy regulations. • Required Skills & Experience: • 8+ years of experience in data migration and SAP SuccessFactors implementations. • Proven expertise migrating data for Recruiting Management (RCM), Onboarding (ONB), and RMK. • Strong hands-on experience with SAP Data Migration Manager, ETL processes, and data mapping. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail. • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
