SAP Solution Manager - MNR Consulting Services

Title: SAP Solution Manager SolMan Migration Consultant Location: Remote (Must be based in US) Duration: 3+ months Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced SAP SolMan Migration SME to lead the migration and upgrade of SAP Solution Manager (7.2+) systems in secure, compliance-driven environments. This role involves deep technical expertise in SolMan components and integrations across SAP ECC, S/4HANA, and satellite systems, with a focus on meeting DoD, FedRAMP, and DISA security requirements. Description: Lead SolMan migration and upgrade projects (on-prem/cloud, HANA DB) Migrate and configure SolMan capabilities: ChaRM, ITSM, Monitoring, Test Suite, etc. Integrate SolMan with ECC, S/4, PI/PO, BW, and 3rd-party tools Ensure compliance with DoD cybersecurity standards and STIGs Create runbooks, SOPs, and provide KT to support teams Troubleshoot and optimize SolMan performance and availability Requirements: 10+ years SAP Basis/SolMan experience (5+ as Migration SME) Strong expertise in SolMan 7.2 migrations and integrations Experience with SAP HANA, Linux/Windows OS, and database/platform migrations Background in DoD or security-cleared environments with STIG hardening Solid knowledge of ChaRM, ITSM, Monitoring, and LMDB SAP certifications (SolMan, Basis, HANA, Security+) Familiarity with Focused Build/Insights and DoD/IC project delivery Active Secret or Top Secret clearance Employers have access to artificial intelligence language tools (“AI”) that help generate and enhance job descriptions and AI may have been used to create this description.
