SAP Solution Architect – Order-to-Cash (O2C)

Department: Digital – Enterprise SolutionsPosition Summary:We are seeking an experienced SAP Solution Architect with deep expertise in the Order-to-Cash (O2C) process to join our global transformation program. This role will be pivotal in designing and implementing a state-of-the-art SAP S/4HANA architecture that supports end-to-end O2C processes, ensuring seamless integration with related systems and driving digitalization across the enterprise.Key Responsibilities:Solution Design & Architecture:Develop and maintain the SAP S/4HANA solution architecture for O2C processes, including Sales, Billing, Credit Management, and Integration with CRM and external platforms.Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture principles and integration strategies (e.g., PLM, CAD, Salesforce).Implementation & Integration:Lead greenfield fit-to-standard implementations for O2C in SAP S/4HANA.Design and manage integration with SAP Cloud solutions and third-party systems using APIs, Microservices, and SAP Integration Suite.Governance & Standards:Define technological principles and architecture strategies for SAP O2C landscape.Introduce modern patterns such as DevOps and CI/CD for SAP environments.Collaboration & Leadership:Work closely with Global Process Owners (GPOs), SMEs, and implementation partners to ensure process consistency.Provide guidance and mentorship to internal teams on SAP best practices.Documentation & Compliance:Prepare detailed design documents, test cases, and training materials.Ensure compliance with internal governance and external regulatory standards.Required Qualifications:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, or related field.Minimum 5+ years of experience in SAP architecture with a focus on O2C processes.Proven track record in SAP S/4HANA implementationsStrong knowledge of SAP SD, Billing, Credit Management, and integration with CRM systems.Familiarity with agile delivery models.Preferred Qualifications:SAP certifications in S/4HANA and/or O2C modules.Experience with SAP Cloud solutions and hybrid architectures.Knowledge of compliance frameworks and performance KPIs for O2C processes.Tools & Platforms:SAP S/4HANA (Order-to-Cash, SD, Billing)SAP Cloud PlatformSAP Integration Suite / SAP Cloud Integration GatewaySalesforce (for CRM integration)We Offer Freedom with responsibility is the framework for HBK’s employees.
