SAP S/4 Hana Techno-Functional Lead
Location: Austin, TX
Required Qualifications:
20+ years of SAP QA experience including but not limited to Applications involving both GUI and Web Ui based applications, both on SAP ECC and S/4 HANA.
15+ Years of hands-on experience on SAP functional areas involving E2E Business Process.
Must have exposure to Signavios Process Intelligence.
Must have managed at least one large Global S/4 Hana implementation project.
Must have good understanding in at least 2 of the SAP functional E2E business flows such as OTC / FICO / PTP along with exposure to 4+ functional modules.
Knowledge and ability to understand configuration and ABAP code.
Ability to articulate the solutions and best practices for S/4HANA testing.
Should have worked on multiple projects in SAP ECC & S/4 HANA covering types of implementations, especially Brownfield implementations.
Extensively worked and hands-on experience in Configurations and Testing across SDLC/STLC.
Good to have knowledge and experience of ERPs other than SAP e.g.: Oracle, CRM, BPM etc.,
Roles/Responsibilities:
Work closely with customer SMEs/Leads for in-person conversations on solution and should need to be technically savvy to understand the directions from the customer.
Participate in Project discussions /Project Roadmap / Strategy.
Provide points of view and thought leadership during the discussion.
Offer guidance on approaches, alternatives, and resolutions for any problems or struggles the customer may encounter.
Work with the delivery team to build joint solution, as needed.
Front end all the customer communication.
Able to perform white boarding with Customer on technical solutions.
Closely track the application and environment downtimes and plan day-to-day operations accordingly.
Closely work with customer SMEs to understand business process and identify potential test scenarios.
Prepare estimation of effort and delivery timelines for the identified scope.
Prepare delivery plans, roadmap and deliverables across the timeline etc.,
Share timely reports showing overall test progress, productivity, value adds etc.
Support in building robust regression test repository.
Support RFPs in terms of capability presentations, effort estimations, resourcing etc.,
Support organizational initiatives in terms of building new capabilities
Good to have knowledge of other automation tools for functional and performance testing.
Preferred Skills/Qualification:
Knowledge of WorkSoft Automation Tool and Test Data Management.
Knowledge of Test Strategy, Test Plan documents.
