SAP Project Managers

An SAP Project Manager role with expertise in SAP Public Cloud and the Activate methodology involves leading full-cycle cloud implementations by planning, executing, and overseeing projects from initiation to closure, ensuring on‑time, on‑budget delivery. This includes managing scope, resources, and risks, facilitating communication, and leveraging SAP Activate phases (Prepare, Explore, Realize, Deploy, Run) and tools like Cloud ALM to guide teams through a structured, agile process using best practices and pre‑built content. Key Responsibilities • Project leadership: Lead and manage SAP Public Cloud projects from start to finish, establishing project objectives, scope, and deliverables. • Methodology execution: Implement the SAP Activate methodology, which includes defined phases, sprints, and quality gates, to guide the project team. • Project planning and management: Develop and execute project plans, including detailed scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation. • Team and stakeholder management: Form and lead project teams, define roles, and manage stakeholder expectations through clear communication strategies and regular feedback. • Risk and issue management: Proactively identify, mitigate, and resolve project risks and issues to ensure timely delivery. • Quality and delivery: Ensure the project meets quality standards and objectives, signing off on completed tasks and milestones, particularly during sprint reviews and quality gates. • Tooling: Utilize tools such as Cloud ALM for project management and SAP Activate Roadmaps for structured guidance. Required Skills And Experience • Proven experience in leading full‑cycle SAP Public Cloud implementations. • Strong understanding and practical experience with the SAP Activate methodology. • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. • Experience with project management tools and best practices. Familiarity with SAP S/4 HANA Cloud environments. • Project management certifications, such as PPM, are helpful. This is a remote, work‑from‑home position.
