Operating in 180+ countries, we design and deliver people-first solutions powered by cloud-based technology – helping organizations grow and enabling workforces to perform at their best.Learn more at www.stradaglobal.comAs SAP Payroll Implementation Lead you will: Collaborate with clients to capture all payroll requirements and guide them through workshops, configuration steps and systems setupValidate and configure customer payroll solution and integrations in compliance with legal regulationsAssist and support with data mapping, migration, YTD preparation and accuracy checksManage all system testing phases (SIT, UAT, parallel runs, etc.) and address system configuration/integration issues with local and global teams.Oversee go-live activities ensuring payroll system readinessTrack project progress, documentation, and collaborate with project managers and project team to ensure timely milestone deliveryWe are looking for you with:Proven involvement in 3+ successful SAP HCM implementations.In-depth knowledge of French payroll regulations, and a strong track record of delivering high-quality HR system implementations.Fluent in French (min.
