SAP MM & WM Lead Support Consultant-HYBRID
Job Title : SAP MM & WM Lead Consultant Job Type : Contract Duration : 12 months-Hybrid Location : Columbus IN 47201 This role is hybrid with the expectation that the candidate be onsite in Columbus Indiana 60% of the time. Job Description : As an SAP MM & WM Lead Senior Consultant for support projects you will be responsible for the ongoing maintenance troubleshooting and continuous improvement of SAP Materials Management (MM) and Warehouse Management (WM) modules . You will collaborate with business users to resolve issues optimize processes and ensure stable and efficient system performance. Key Responsibilities Incident Management & Troubleshooting : Lead the resolution of complex incidents and service requests in MM and WM modules ensuring timely and effective solutions. User Support : Act as the primary point of contact for business users on day-to-day system issues and MM / WM process questions. System Monitoring : Proactively monitor system performance identify issues and take corrective action as needed. Continuous Improvement : Suggest and implement enhancements to MM / WM processes configuration and reporting. Change Management : Analyze test and deploy system changes and improvements according to established change management processes. Documentation & Knowledge Sharing : Maintain clear documentation for system configurations support procedures and issue resolutions. Share knowledge with team members and provide training as needed. Stakeholder Communication : Collaborate with business users IT teams and third-party vendors to ensure ticket resolution and system stability. Integration Support : Support integration with related SAP modules (SD PP FI / CO etc.) to maintain end-to-end process integrity. Root Cause Analysis : Conduct thorough investigations on recurring issues and propose long-term solutions.
