Baer is looking for SAP HCM Payroll Consultant LATAM for a 3+ month project located in Brazil and Mexico Title: SAP HCM Payroll Consultant LATAM Location: Hybrid (Travel: Up to 50%, Travel will be to Brazil and Mexico likely) Duration: 3 months Rate: Hourly Plus Expenses Reimbursed Alignment: W2 or C2C Role Summary: We are seeking a Senior SAP HCM Payroll Consultant with deep expertise in LATAM payroll, specifically for Brazil and/or Mexico. The consultant must have local language skills and be well-versed in local payroll compliance and statutory regulations. The role supports a high-priority SAP project currently in the build/test phase, which is being recovered by Accenture after delivery issues by a third party. Requirements: 10+ years of SAP HCM Payroll experience, with deep expertise in Brazil and/or Mexico payroll Strong knowledge of local labor laws, tax rules, and compliance in Brazil and/or Mexico Fluent in local language(s): Portuguese (for Brazil), Spanish (for Mexico) Ability to work with global teams to stabilize and support ongoing implementation Strong issue resolution and testing support experience MUST be able to travel internationally up to 50% Open to two separate consultants if one does not have both Brazil and Mexico experience Company Overview: Baer provides best-in-class engagement experiences for our consultants.
