SAP HCM Payroll Consultant Germany (m/w/d) (Flexible)

This role will be advertised for a minimum of 14 days, but it may close at any time after that period.


Joining our HR & Travel Expenses team as a Payroll Consultant, you'll primarily collaborate in managing ongoing payroll support in SAP across multiple countries including Germany, Switzerland, Spain, Portugal, Cape Verde, Turkey and the Dominican Republic. ABOUT THE JOB



You'll deliver high quality support performance for SAP payroll processes in accordance with agreed Service Level Agreements and within budget, participating in a multi-skilled customer-focused team of internal and external resources.


Supporting the implementation of process improvement initiatives will be part of your role, focusing on technical aspects like payroll developments, data migration, integration and coordination of development work.


You'll manage the operational relationship with external near shore and offshore development and service providers, ensuring planning, execution and quality control meet our standards.


You'll be responsible for the proper implementation of semi-annual legal change packages in HCM, applying SAP Notes and addressing new legal requirements promptly.


Pro-active and prompt interaction with the end-user community is important to the team's success, as you'll ensure issues and concerns are discussed and resolved quickly.




ABOUT YOU



You have substantial experience with SAP HCM processes and customizing Germany HCM, including Personnel Administration, Payroll, Time Management, Organizational Management and Self-service Portal.


Your technical knowledge covers S4HANA, SAP HCM, SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central integration with SAP HCM, and ABAP/4 programming.


You possess in-depth knowledge of payroll customizing, wage types, features, payroll scheme and payroll functions, with previous experience in SAP HR consulting.


Your understanding of Human Resources business processes enables you to support Change Management Processes, including SAP HCM Hana Migration and onboarding of new users.


Fluency in both English and German is required for this role, with additional languages being a plus.


You're comfortable working in an international environment with colleagues from different nationalities, and you may have the opportunity to participate in projects implementing payroll for other countries.
