Joining our local Scrum teams, the successful candidate will work closely with domestic and international development teams.RequirementsAs a SAP HCM Consultant, you will contribute to the implementation, support, and improvement of SAP HCM modules. You will work closely with senior consultants and business stakeholders to deliver effective, user-friendly HR solutions and ensure smooth system operation.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport configuration and enhancements of SAP HCM modules (e.g., PA, OM, PY, PT).Assist in requirements gathering, analysis, and solution design.Work on incidents, service requests, and minor change requests.Collaborate with senior consultants and developers to deliver integrated HR solutions.Support end users and key users with documentation and training.Participate in testing, data validation, and deployment activities.Contribute to ongoing process improvements in HR and IT.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in IT, Business Informatics, or related field.2–4 years of experience working with SAP HCM.Basic to intermediate knowledge in at least one SAP HCM module (PA, OM, PY, or PT).Understanding of HR processes and best practices.Willingness to grow into broader responsibilities over time.Good analytical and communication skills.Fluent in English; German is a plus.BenefitsWhy Join UsAt Agile Actors, we believe in a people-centered culture where your growth and development take center stage.
