SAP EWM/MM Key Responsibilities • SAP Process Support: Assist the logistics team in navigating and understanding SAP EWM and MM processes, including tracking and managing key documents throughout the workflow. • Document Management: Monitor and manage open documents such as Purchase Orders (PO), Stock Transport Orders (STO), Delivery Dates, Inbound Deliveries, and Transportation Units (TU). • System Guidance: Provide support by explaining SAP process flows and addressing basic process-related inquiries from the team. • Troubleshooting: Identify minor system issues, recommend solutions, and escalate complex or unresolved problems to senior team members. • Training & User Support: Help explain SAP process flows and ensure all relevant documents are accurately captured, tracked, and updated in the system. • Continuous Improvement: Expand knowledge of SAP EWM and MM modules and contribute to enhancing internal process documentation and best practices. Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree with 3–4 years of industry experience, • Strong hands-on capability in SAP EWM and MM modules. • Excellent data analysis skills, with strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel. • Solid understanding of Logistics and Supply Chain processes, including experience with Purchase Orders, Stock Transport Orders, and Delivery Management.
