You will bring innovation, intelligence and industry experience together with the newest technologies to help clients innovate at scale and transform their businesses.We are seeking for a new talent to join the Business & Technology Integration team where you will have the opportunity to collaborate on an ERP roadmap implementation project.Job Description: Accenture is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive SAP Cutover Analyst to support cutover planning and execution for a large-scale SAP transformation program. This role will focus on assisting the Cutover Lead and project teams in ensuring a smooth system transition across Human Capital Management (HCM), Supply Chain Management (SCM), and Finance (FIN) workstreams. The SAP Cutover Analyst will play a key role in task tracking, issue resolution, and maintaining cutover documentation, contributing to the overall success of the program. Key Responsibilities: Maintain and update detailed cutover task lists, dependencies, and timelines to ensure accurate tracking and execution. Track progress during mock cutover rehearsals and go-live activities, ensuring all tasks are completed on schedule. Support issue resolution by identifying and escalating risks or challenges to the Cutover Lead and project leadership. Assist in documenting lessons learned, cutover procedures, and best practices for future reference. Collaborate with functional, technical, and business teams to ensure cutover readiness and alignment across workstreams. Support reporting to the PMO and leadership on cutover progress, risks, and key milestones. Required Qualifications: Strong organizational and task management skills, with attention to detail. Basic understanding of SAP systems and their integration across HCM, SCM, and FIN workstreams. Experience in supporting large-scale ERP or SAP transformation programs is a plus. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Project, or similar tools for task tracking and reporting. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
