Description Of Project And Tasks:
Title: SAP Concur Consulting SME
Providing support to Federal Government customers in a teamed environment, fielding requests and troubleshooting reported conditions. Supporting report requests within the system leveraging knowledge of the Travel and Expense product and industry standards.
Required Skills
• Experience in Concur Travel & Expense implementation (3+ years)
• Hands-on experience in report creation in Concur Travel and Expenses including operational and analytical reports (3+ years)
• In-depth knowledge of Concur configuration including travel booking, expense and reporting
• Experience in ServiceNow ticket management helpdesk support
• Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards
Preferred Skills
• Experience with E-Gov Travel Service (ETS) system
• Certified in Concur Expense
• In-depth knowledge of Federal Travel Regulation FTR
• Strong communication skill
