This is an onsite position in Omaha, Nebraska, we are in a hybrid office model.
Qualifications:
Must be located/willing to relocate to Omaha, Nebraska and be onsite day 1
Minimum 5-6 years experience as a business analyst (preferably in the HR space)
1 year of Scrum Master experience (leading standups, running scrum and working actively in the role of a scrum master)
Knowledge of Scrum Methodology
Looking for a strong business analyst with experience in working closely with business and technical teams
Obtain requirements and creating functional specifications
Functional testing before deploys
Working with business in the intake process and prioritization.
Sound knowledge of the Jira tool.
Experience with working in the human resources space
Experience as business and functional analyst for SAP SuccessFactors recruiting and onboarding modules
Experience conducting and coordinating functional testing and support deploys
Knowledge of Jira
