We are looking for an experienced SAP ABAP & Fiori Architect to lead the design and delivery of next-generation SAP BTP and Fiori solutions while driving best practices in development and architecture. Key Responsibilities Solution Architecture: Design and implement SAP BTP solutions including CAP (Cloud Application Programming) model, Fiori applications, and system integrations. Technical Leadership: Lead ABAP development teams in building custom programs, reports, interfaces, and enhancements across SAP BTP and on-premise environments. Fiori/UI5 Architecture: Architect and deliver SAP Fiori/UI5 apps with user-centric design and seamless backend integration. SAP BTP Expertise: Provide technical leadership on SAP BTP services (Integration Suite, Extension Suite) and integration with SAP S/4HANA . Business Collaboration: Work closely with business and functional teams to capture requirements, propose technical solutions, and ensure business alignment. Cloud-Native Development: Implement scalable, cloud-native solutions aligned with SAP Clean Core strategy and extensibility models (Key User & Side-by-Side). Mentorship & Governance: Mentor developers, conduct code reviews , and promote Agile/DevOps methodologies . Quality & Compliance: Ensure security, scalability, and compliance in SAP solutions while adopting the latest SAP technologies and innovations. Required Skills & Experience 15+ years of strong experience in SAP ABAP development, SAP BTP services, and SAP Fiori/UI5 application development . Profound knowledge of SAP CAP model, SAP BTP Integration Suite, and Extension Suite . Expertise in SAP Fiori Launchpad architecture and management. Hands-on experience with JavaScript, Java, or Node.js for SAP UI5/Fiori and CAP development. Familiarity with SAP RESTful ABAP Programming Model, SAP Clean Core strategy, and SAP HANA Cloud environment . Proven experience in leading large-scale SAP architecture and development projects . Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills . Experience mentoring and guiding development teams with best practices. Why Join Us?
