Sampling Strategy and Operations Associate

The Sampling Strategy and Operations Associate will manage sampling operations, optimize efficiency, and drive revenue growth by collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance business processes. Responsibilities Sampling Operations: Coordinate initiatives related to sampling to address business needs Optimization & Innovation: Leverage data-driven decision-making to enhance efficiency, increase productivity, and drive revenue growth Launching New Locations: Coordinate sampling operations and planning for new locations, ensuring successful and impactful launches Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with teams across the organization—from supply chain to portfolio, sales and marketing—to develop solutions that drive business success Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement process enhancements that will future-proof our Sampling operations Skills Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business, Project Management, Supply Chain or a related field Understanding of supply chain principles, operations and e-commerce Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Strong critical thinking necessary Ability to scope problems and map out path to resolve Advanced degrees are a plus Experience within luxury industry a plus Experience with BI/data visualization tools (Power BI) is highly desirable Benefits 20 days Paid Time Off (PTO).
