Assist hairstylists and beauty professionals with salon services, including hair washing, blow-drying, and basic hair treatments.
Welcome and attend to clients, ensuring they have a comfortable and enjoyable experience.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the salon, including sanitizing tools and workstations.
Assist with inventory management, restocking supplies, and organizing products.
Provide support in scheduling appointments and handling client inquiries.
Promote salon services and products to enhance customer satisfaction.
Perform additional tasks as needed to support the smooth operation of the salon.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions.
Basic knowledge of hair and beauty care is preferred but not mandatory.
Positive attitude, friendly demeanor, and a willingness to learn.
Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a busy environment.
Experience
Prior experience in a salon or beauty-related role is a plus but not required.
Fresh graduates or candidates with a passion for the industry are welcome to apply.
Training will be provided for candidates with no prior experience.
Working Hours
5 to 6 days per week, including weekends and public holidays.
Shift-based schedule with flexible working hours.
