Job Summary:
Experience Required:? 10+ years of experience working on large Vlocity engagements as a Technical Architect.
Key Responsibilities: ? Implement end-to-end CRM solutions using Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Community Cloud. ? Work on proposals, estimate scope of work, and support pre-sales activities. ? Transform business requirements into Vlocity functional and technical specifications. ? Lead expertise in Lead Management, Quote to Cash, Case Management, and Call Center processes. ? Conduct customer workshops during project discovery, prepare solution design documents, and collaborate with development teams. ? Gather requirements, design, code, debug, analyze performance, and deploy solutions to the client's Vlocity.com organization.
