We provide Global Workforce Solutions with affability.Job Summary:Experience Required:? 10+ years of experience working on large Vlocity engagements as a Technical Architect.Key Responsibilities:? Implement end-to-end CRM solutions using Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Community Cloud.? Work on proposals, estimate scope of work, and support pre-sales activities.? Transform business requirements into Vlocity functional and technical specifications.? Lead expertise in Lead Management, Quote to Cash, Case Management, and Call Center processes.? Conduct customer workshops during project discovery, prepare solution design documents, and collaborate with development teams.? Gather requirements, design, code, debug, analyze performance, and deploy solutions to the client's Vlocity.com organization.? Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and convert them into technical solutions.? Design and develop integrations between Salesforce.com and other systems using SOAP and REST APIs.? Experience working with AppExchange products and integrations.? Implement Agile and other project management methodologies.? Leverage different design patterns for application development and integration.? Understand and implement various cloud products like Sales, Service, Community, FSL, etc.? Demonstrate strong critical and analytical thinking skills, both technical and non-technical.? Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.Certifications:?
