Salesforce Trade Promotion Management (TPM) Architect

Salesforce Technical Architect to lead the technical design and architecture for a multi-country Trade Promotion Management (TPM) implementation. This role will partner closely with the Program Manager and business stakeholders to ensure scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions aligned with enterprise standards. The ideal candidate has deep Salesforce expertise, strong integration experience, and a proven track record in designing complex, global TPM solutions for the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry. Key Skills & Experience: • Salesforce Expertise: 8+ years of Salesforce experience, including at least 3 years as a Technical Architect on large-scale programs. • TPM Solution Knowledge: Hands-on experience with Salesforce Trade Promotion Management or similar trade promotion solutions. • Technical Design Leadership: Ability to define end-to-end architecture, including data models, integrations, and security frameworks. • Integration Experience: Strong knowledge of middleware, APIs, and integration patterns for connecting Salesforce with ERP and other enterprise systems. • Performance & Scalability: Expertise in designing solutions for high-volume transactions and multi-country deployments. • Governance & Best Practices: Deep understanding of Salesforce development standards, DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines. • Stakeholder Collaboration: Ability to work closely with business, functional, and technical teams to translate requirements into robust designs. • CPG Industry Experience (Preferred): Familiarity with trade promotion processes, pricing, and analytics. • Certifications: Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or equivalent advanced certifications preferred Apply tot his job
