Salesforce Technical Analyst
Job Summary:
We are seeking a results-driven Salesforce Technical Analyst to join our Sales Operations team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting daily operations, user requests, and minor configuration/enhancement work on the Salesforce platform. This role bridges business needs and technical solutions, ensuring the Salesforce environment evolves with our growing sales organization.
Key Responsibilities:
⢠Serve as the first point of contact for Salesforce-related issues, requests, and enhancements for the Sales Operations team
⢠Maintain data integrity across accounts, opportunities, contacts, and lead records
⢠Build and modify reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights to sales leadership
⢠Assist in the implementation of new Salesforce features and functionalities, including minor declarative configuration (e.g., flows, validation rules, page layouts)
⢠Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Customer Success, IT) to improve business processes and system efficiency
⢠Support training and documentation for Salesforce users
⢠Manage basic admin tasks such as user provisioning, role/profile maintenance, and permission sets
⢠Participate in UAT and post-deployment support for larger enhancement or integration projects
Required Qualifications:
⢠10+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience, preferably in a Sales Ops or CRM Analyst role
⢠Salesforce Administrator certification preferred
⢠Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud and its core objects
⢠Experience with declarative tools such as Flows, Reports, and Dashboards
⢠Familiarity with lead management, pipeline tracking, and sales performance metrics
⢠Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
⢠Strong communication skills and ability to work with non-technical stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications:
⢠Experience supporting enhancements or feature rollouts on Salesforce
⢠Familiarity with Agile/Scrum processes and ticketing tools (e.g., JIRA)
