We are now looking for a Salesforce Systems Manager to join our team on a full-time or part-time, permanent basis.

The Role

As a Salesforce Systems Manager, you will manage and enhance our Salesforce-based systems to support our wide-ranging services and ensure effective solutions.

Working closely with internal teams to assess their needs, you will develop and maintain Salesforce solutions and provide user training while ensuring efficient data migration and system adoption.

Additionally, you will:

- Lead system implementations for new services
- Resolve operational and technical issues to improve business performance
- Support services in using their data to showcase their impact

About You

To be considered as a Salesforce Systems Manager, you will need:

- Experience in Salesforce covering advanced administration, process automation, declarative development, training and support
- Experience implementing simple automated processes using Salesforce Flow to address simple business challenges
- Experience defining and developing new business systems
- Experience in the analysis and reporting of management information and performance indicators
- Considerable expertise working with Excel for analysis and data manipulation

Please note, we typically meet at our Head Office in London once per month. Occasional visits to other Family Action sites across England will be required.
