Experience
• 9–12 years of experience

Platforms
• Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (MCAE / Pardot)
• Marketing Cloud Personalization (MCP)
• Salesforce Data Cloud (Data360)
• Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC)

Key Responsibilities
• Lead marketing automation initiatives across MCAE, MCP, and Data Cloud
• Configure MCAE campaigns, Engagement Studio journeys, automation rules, and scoring models
• Build segmentation, dynamic lists, suppression rules, and audience targeting
• Support Data Cloud audience activation and campaign alignment
• Implement campaign hierarchy, templates, and automation frameworks
• Support campaign setup, deployment, and troubleshooting
• Manage email deliverability (IP warming, sender reputation, bounce handling)
• Implement personalization using MCP behavioral triggers
• Provide technical guidance to offshore campaign teams
• Work with marketing stakeholders and support campaigns in EST timezone

Required Skills
• Strong experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot)
• Experience with Engagement Studio, automation rules, scoring models, dynamic lists
• Knowledge of Salesforce Data Cloud and audience segmentation
• Experience with Marketing Cloud Personalization (MCP)
• Understanding of email marketing deliverability best practices
• Experience in high-volume marketing campaign environments

Certifications
• Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement Specialist
• Salesforce Marketing Cloud Administrator / Consultant
• Salesforce Data Cloud Consultant (Preferred)
