About the Role:

As a Salesforce Developer you will play a role in designing, developing, and implementing customized Salesforce solutions that drive business efficiency and enhance customer relationship management. Your expertise will enable the seamless integration of Salesforce with other enterprise systems, ensuring data integrity and optimized workflows. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including business analysts, project managers, and end-users to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions. This role demands a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement, ensuring that the Salesforce platform evolves in alignment with organizational goals. Ultimately, your contributions will empower the organization to leverage Salesforce technology to its fullest potential, supporting growth and innovation across multiple business units.

Location: Remote. The selected candidate must be currently located in, or willing to relocate to, one of the states supported by Tripoint Solutions corporate offices: AL, CO, DC, DE, FL, GA, IL, IN, KS, LA, MD, MN, MS, NC, NJ, OH, PA, SC, TN, TX, or VA. (No relocation assistance provided.)

Responsibilities:
• Develop, test, and deploy customized Salesforce applications and components using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and other Salesforce technologies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into technical specifications and scalable solutions.
• Maintain and enhance existing Salesforce implementations, troubleshooting issues and optimizing performance to ensure high availability and reliability.
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems and third-party applications using APIs, middleware, and web services to streamline business processes.
• Participate in code reviews, documentation, and knowledge sharing to uphold best practices and maintain high-quality standards within the development team.

Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in IT development
• Salesforce Platform Developer certification.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities and best practices
• Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer with a strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities and limitations.
• Proficiency in Apex programming, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce declarative tools.
• Experience with Salesforce integration techniques including REST/SOAP APIs and middleware solutions.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and DevOps practices within Salesforce environments.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Salesforce Certified Application Architect
• Salesforce Certified Solution Architect
• Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud implementations.
• Knowledge of data migration tools and ETL processes related to Salesforce.
• Strong understanding of security and compliance standards relevant to Salesforce deployments.
