Overview
We're seeking a Salesforce Developer with strong Apex and Flow expertise to design, build, and maintain high-performing Salesforce applications. This role is ideal for a hands-on developer who enjoys solving complex technical challenges, modernizing legacy code, and optimizing performance in a dynamic, fast-growth organization.
Key Responsibilities
ā¢ Design, build, and optimize Salesforce Flows (record-triggered, before-save, after-save, scheduled, and batch) for scalable automation.
ā¢ Develop and refactor Apex classes, triggers, and asynchronous processes, ensuring performance and maintainability.
ā¢ Build and manage integrations using Platform Events and Change Data Capture (CDC) for event-driven architecture.
ā¢ Collaborate with administrators, business analysts, and stakeholders to translate business needs into elegant technical solutions.
ā¢ Participate in code reviews, deployment processes, and CI/CD pipelines.
ā¢ Debug and optimize existing processes, reducing technical debt and improving system reliability.
ā¢ Stay current with Salesforce releases and leverage new capabilities to drive innovation.
Required Skills & Experience
ā¢ 2ā5 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
ā¢ Deep understanding of Salesforce Flows and automation best practices.
ā¢ Strong Apex programming skills; experience working with legacy code and complex triggers.
ā¢ Experience implementing Platform Events and CDC integration models.
ā¢ Knowledge of the Salesforce data model, security architecture, and governor limits.
ā¢ Proven ability to troubleshoot and optimize system performance.
Preferred Qualifications
ā¢ Salesforce Administrator and Platform App Builder certifications.
ā¢ Platform Developer I (PD1) or PD2 certification preferred.
ā¢ Fintech or SaaS industry experience.
ā¢ Familiarity with tools such as Git, SFDX, VS Code, and CI/CD frameworks (e.g., Copado, Gearset).
Soft Skills
ā¢ Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
ā¢ Excellent communication and documentation skills.
ā¢ Collaborative, detail-oriented, and proactive approach to technical ownership.
