Job Title: Salesforce Consultant/Developer Location: Remote Duration: FTE Xoriant reasonably expects the pay rate for this position to be within the following range: $120K/Annum-130K/Annum. Job Description: As a Salesforce Consultant/Developer, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing our Salesforce platform to meet the evolving needs of our organization. Your expertise in Salesforce configuration, customization, and administration will contribute to the success of our business operations. Roles & Responsibilities- • Support day-to-day operations of Salesforce, user license management, and managed packages. • Triage support requests and escalate when necessary. • Excellent report making and dashboard building skills. • Recommend data collection strategies. • Gather requirements, write user stories, and manage tasks within Jira. • Coordinate and support user acceptance testing. • Produce documentation and training materials. Requirements- • Proven experience as Salesforce admin. • Salesforce Consultant/Developer • Strong know-how of Salesforce best practices and standard functionality of Sales Cloud. • Custom report, filter logics, cross filters, row-level formulas. • Report & dashboard making. • Ability to provide user training and support • Salesforce Deployment Handling Experience needed. • Public Sector Cloud (Good to Have) • Good Communication Regards, Akangsha Apply tot his job Apply tot his job
