About Hello Heart: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Salesforce Associate that specializes in data analysis, enrichment, reporting, data importing, working within Salesforce and doesn’t mind working deep within the data to join our team. This is a great opportunity to start your career working on one of the most widely used CRM platforms in the world. You’ll help maintain, update, and optimize Salesforce while gaining practical experience and learning best practices alongside an experienced team of admins. This role reports directly to the VP of Sales Operations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, yet the focus will be on supporting our Growth team. As a Salesforce Associate, you should be a self-motivated, detail-oriented professional who is passionate about leveraging data to gain valuable insights. Responsibilities: • Critically evaluates data, resolves conflicts, and makes day-to-day decisions to preserve data integrity • Support creation and maintenance of reports, dashboards, and list views, including reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) • Assist with data projects, including: scrubbing, enriching, imports, exports, and deduplication - Data Wizard and Data Loader knowledge is key. • Skillfully performs quality reviews and takes appropriate actions promptly. • Support / maintain incoming requests assignments in Asana and work to establish an Agile and Sprint environment • Drive successful CRM end-user adoption by documenting processes, making configuration decisions, and supporting system changes. • Promotes trust and gains confidence of internal clients, while providing prompt and reliable advice and follow-up. • Recommend and implement process enhancements that increase productivity, meeting all project management targets • Effective internal communication and problem solving (e.g., escalation management, positive customer feedback, etc.) • Support interdepartmental projects with data and operational insights • Ability to QA test and validate custom configuration and/or development that has been done by the Salesforce team, and provide feedback to help ensure accurate deployment • Successfully troubleshoots overcomes barriers and obstacles, while aligning and prioritizing decisions and initiatives with corporate strategies • Effectively manage and adapt to rapidly changing priorities by appropriately shifting focus and resources in a timely manner. • Willingness to learn other technologies/platforms as needed. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred. • Salesforce Associate certification is highly desirable; Salesforce Administrator certification is a plus. • 1-2 years of Salesforce Admin/power user experience (preferably in a technology or startup environment) • Analytical Skills: Strong ability to interpret data and develop actionable insights • Tableau is a plus • Data Tools Proficiency: Skilled in Excel, SQL, and CRM platforms like Salesforce • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to present data and recommendations clearly • Sales Knowledge: Solid understanding of sales processes, methodologies, and best practices • Collaboration: Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams • Problem Solving: Aptitude for identifying root causes and implementing data-driven solutions • Experience in the healthcare, medtech, or technology industry is a plus The US base salary range for this full-time position is $80,000.00 to $100,000.00. Salary ranges are determined by role and level. Compensation is determined by additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
