This position is crucial for maintaining and optimizing the company's Salesforce infrastructure, which serves as the backbone of their healthcare staffing operations. The Salesforce Administrative Specialist will ensure smooth technical operations, manage system integrations, and provide advanced support to enable efficient healthcare professional placement and client relationship management. This role is essential for maintaining data integrity, streamlining workflows, and supporting the company's continued growth in healthcare staffing. The Impact you’ll make Technical Support & System Management • Handle escalated help desk tickets requiring Salesforce Administrator access • Monitor and analyze system trends to identify recurring issues • Perform data loads and bulk updates to maintain system efficiency • Manage support tickets with vendors User Administration & Onboarding • Configure new hire, team, and regional setups within Salesforce • Manage integrations with associated systems (Gmail/Dialpad/Sense/TR) • Provide system access and permissions management • Support user training and adoption Process Improvement & Documentation • Create and maintain documentation for flows and workflows • Interpret and optimize existing flows • Conduct User Acceptance Testing for new rollouts • Develop and implement best practices System Integration & Quality Assurance • Ensure seamless integration between Salesforce and healthcare-specific platforms • Perform proxy login testing • Maintain data security and HIPAA compliance • Monitor system performance and reliability Skills, Knowledge and Expertise Required: • Active Salesforce Administrator Certification • Minimum 2 years of Salesforce administration experience • Experience with data loader operations and bulk updates • Proven track record in technical support or help desk environments • Knowledge of system integrations and API management • WFH Set-Up: • Computer with at least 8GB RAM, an Intel i5 core processor/AMD Ryzen 5 Processor and up. • Internet speed of at least 40MBPS • Headset with an extended mic that has noise cancellation and a webcam • Back-up computer and internet connection • Quiet, dedicated workspace at home Your Superpowers: • Salesforce configuration and customization • Flow builder and process automation • Data management and analysis • Technical documentation • Integration management You should apply if… • You thrive in a fast-paced healthcare technology environment • You're passionate about creating efficient systems and processes • You enjoy solving complex technical problems • You're committed to maintaining data security and integrity • You're eager to contribute to a growing healthcare organization • You're detail-oriented and take pride in your work quality What to expect...
