Responsibilities
ā¢ Work with Business Analysts / Systems Analysts, other technology Developers / Solution Designers to ensure the configuration and custom components meet application requirements and performance goals
ā¢ All aspects of user and license management including new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, public groups, OWD, sharing rules
ā¢ Salesforce configuration changes, including (but not limited to): Process Flow, assignment rules, approval processes, fields, page layouts, record types, dynamic layouts, apps, actions, custom settings, mobile administration, dashboards and reports
ā¢ Rich understanding of customizations and the ability to audit, recommend, improve, and/or update customizations for best practice alternatives
ā¢ Experience with unique Salesforce instances that leverage non-standard Salesforce Objects in primary business process and practices
ā¢ Deep understanding of triggers/Apex code knowledge
ā¢ Sandbox environment management
ā¢ DevOps/release management experience
ā¢ Experience performing QA on pre-release and implemented change sets for validation
ā¢ Identify and gather requirements, translating into best practice, scalable solutions with a focus on exceptional user experience

ā¢ 2-3 Years of Salesforce Experience
ā¢ LWC
ā¢ Salesforce Lightning
ā¢ Extensive hands-on knowledge of APEX
ā¢ Must have Admin and PD1 Certifications
ā¢ FLOW AUTOMATIONS: 1 year (Required)
ā¢ SCREEN FLOWS: 1 year (Required)
ā¢ Debugging: 1 year (Required)
ā¢ Demonstrated team work capabilities and leadership skills.
ā¢ Strong written and verbal communication skills.
ā¢ Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project and Visio.
ā¢ Prior experience with translating business needs to functional requirement specifications for technology.
