Position Overview We are looking for a highly skilled Salesforce professional with at least 8 years of experience across administration and development. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Service Cloud, Apex development, troubleshooting/debugging, and L2/L3 production support, along with a Salesforce Administrator Certification. This hybrid role requires both hands-on configuration and advanced development skills to ensure optimal platform performance and business value delivery. Key Responsibilities • Configure, customize, and maintain Salesforce applications with a focus on Service Cloud. • Develop scalable solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components (LWC), Flows, and Triggers. • Provide Production Support (L2/L3): triage issues, perform root cause analysis, debug errors, and deliver timely resolutions. • Troubleshoot complex Salesforce and integration issues across multiple business functions. • Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into functional and technical solutions. • Manage user setup, profiles, roles, permissions, and system security. • Perform system health checks, data validation, and manage data integrity. • Design, build, and optimize custom reports, dashboards, and workflows. • Stay updated on Salesforce releases, new features, and development best practices. Qualifications & Requirements • 8+ years of Salesforce experience across administration and development. • Proven expertise with Salesforce Service Cloud. • Strong Apex programming and debugging skills. • Hands-on experience in L2/L3 production support, including issue escalation and resolution. • Salesforce Administrator Certification required; Developer and Service Cloud Consultant certifications preferred. • Solid understanding of Salesforce security, user management, and data model. • Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and communication skills. • Ability to work collaboratively across technical and business teams.
