Closets by Design is hiring designers/sales representatives. You can help others organize their home. As a Closets by Design Designer, you can enjoy the flexibility of working from home. We provide pre-set appointments with clients close to your home. No experience necessary, as we provide complete sales and design training.
Company Overview:
• Closets by Design is a nationally recognized leader in home organizing systems.
• We design, manufacture, and install custom closets, home office furniture, media systems, wall beds, garage cabinetry, and more.
Requirements:
• No degree, certification, or sales experience needed.
• We seek coachable candidates.
• Reliable access to a vehicle, with a valid driver's license and auto insurance.
A Day In The Life:
• Start the sales route with appointments (all leads and marketing provided).
• Build rapport with clients to understand their organizational needs.
• Assess opportunities during home walkthroughs.
• Educate customers on our products and services.
• Follow sales training and use communication skills to assist residential clients.
Ideal Candidates:

• Reliable transportation
Opportunity to earn $3,000 - $5,500+ per month in commission and bonuses in the first year. Experienced designers can earn $60-100k annually.
