Responsibilities
Entering technical data into policy administration systems.

Ordering underwriting reports such as Cognos, Aims Data Warehouse, and SharePoint.
Requirements
Excellent interpersonal communication skills, with an emphasis on customer service.

Ability to prioritize work effectively.

Proficient use of Microsoft® Word, Excel, and Outlook preferred, though training is available.
,
Ability to follow instructions in written, verbal, or diagram form.
,
Willingness to work and learn with a sense of urgency as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.

Ability to think independently, quickly, and effectively.

Productive with light supervision.

Comfortable with high volume workloads and production standards.

Knowledge of commercial insurance rating process is helpful but not required.

Associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.

Associate in Insurance (AINS) certification preferred, or completion within three years of start date if selected.
