As a balance of both technical & commercial skills, our Associates have a multitude of career growth opportunities within the organization. Our team seeks to find the best filtration solution for our customers in order to improve their processes through improved reliability & process optimization.This position is onsite in one of the following locations: Deland FL, Port Washington NY, Cortland NY, or Timonium MDIn this role you will have the opportunity to:Working with industry leading customers.Be responsible for identifying and recommend solutions to customer issues.Assisting the sales team in both direct and channel partners through organizing and communication technical capabilities and solutions.The essential requirements of the job include:Assist customer service with quote updates for order entry and shipment corrections. Along with providing product drawings, datasheets, and operation manuals to sales team and end user customersAssist with new part creation by submitting inquiries to our manufacturing facilities and 3rd party part setupsResponsible for direct management and forecasting of C level accounts in Salesforce, including technical support and sizingResponsible for handling and routing all customer requests from phone queue, live chat, and general mailboxFour-year degree in technical sciences, Engineering preferred, or equivalent experience (2 - 3 years) in business with technical sales/support.It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:Had prior Salesforce and SAP/S4H, PBI, or QlikView experiencePreferred, knowledgeable of US and Canadian industrial marketsPreferred, multi-lingual (English, Spanish)Preferred, experience in Office 365 (Outlook, Teams, Powerpoint, Excel, etc.)Pall Corporation, a Danaher operating company, offers a broad array of comprehensive, competitive benefit programs that add value to our lives.
